1000W/2000W/3000W 12V to 230V/240V Pure Sine Wave Inverter (with UPS Function)

1000W/2000W/3000W 12V to 230V/240V Pure Sine Wave Inverter (with UPS Function)

The Renogy 2000W 12V to 230/240V Pure Sine Wave Inverter is a compact, appliance-safe power upgrade for caravans, 4WD touring, RVs, sheds and off-grid cabins. It delivers clean 240V for fridges, coffee machines, CPAPs, laptops and tools. Compared with modified sine wave units, it runs motors smoother and electronics more accurately. A built-in UPS transfer switch (<50 ms) with AC priority seamlessly switches between battery (DC) and mains (AC) during changeovers or short blackouts, keeping essentials on. Stable output at full load and intelligent heat dissipation suit Aussie summers. The aluminium casing, internal DC fuse and comprehensive protections (over/under-voltage, over-temp, short-circuit) boost safety and reliability.

1. Is this inverter suitable for overnight caravan use?
Yes. The intelligent low-noise cooling system is designed for quieter caravan nights, making it ideal for running fridges, CPAP devices, fans and laptops while sleeping.
2. Will it fit under my caravan seat or side cabinet?
Yes. With its slim 92mm body and compact 442 × 220mm footprint, it is well suited for caravan seat bases, side lockers and tighter off-grid compartments.
3. Does UPS backup keep Wi-Fi and CPAP running?
Yes. The built-in 50ms UPS transfer switch helps keep Wi-Fi, CPAP and fridges running through short blackouts, campsite power interruptions and powered-site changeovers.
4. Can I use this inverter with a 24V battery system?
No. This is a 12V pure sine wave inverter, so it only works with 12V battery systems, including compatible 12V lithium batteries.
5. Can this inverter work with lithium batteries?
Yes. As long as the lithium battery is rated for 12V applications, it will work correctly.
6. How do I connect the 12V inverter, and are DC cables included?
For best performance, use the shortest and thickest DC cables possible to reduce voltage drop and heat. A typical setup may use 20mm² battery cables, depending on cable length and current draw. Please note: DC battery cables are not included, so you will need to source your own.
7. What size inverter should I buy?
Choose based on three factors:

1) Appliance wattage — Add up the total watts you want to run at the same time. For example: Fridge = 500W, Air conditioner = 800W, Total = 1300W. A 2000W inverter gives you safe overhead.
2) Battery voltage — Make sure your battery bank is 12V.
3) Installation space — Check that your compartment has enough room for the 442 × 220 × 92mm body and ventilation clearance.
8. Do I need modified sine wave or pure sine wave?
A pure sine wave inverter is the better choice for caravans and sensitive electronics. Benefits include: safer for CPAP, laptops and TVs; quieter operation for motors and fans; fewer glitches in monitors and printers; cleaner power like utility electricity; better appliance lifespan. This makes it ideal for overnight caravan and powered-site use.
9. Is a Bluetooth module compatible with this inverter?
We apologize that there is No Bluetooth Module compatible with this power inverter.
